Talk
A first call, by phone or WhatsApp, to understand what you need and whether I am the right person.
Scope and quote
I write down exactly what will be delivered, by when, and what it costs, in Rand, with nothing left vague.
Build or prepare
The work is done to the agreed scope, with you reviewing progress at agreed points rather than discovering problems at the end.
Review and deliver
A final check against your brief or the tender requirements, then hand-over with everything you need to run it.

About

From the plant floor to the boardroom.

I started in the workshop and worked my way through quality management, operations and executive leadership. That meant years inside power stations, mines and factories, and later running an operation as a director.

That background is why my tender work is practical rather than theoretical: I know what evaluators look for in a method statement, and what a site actually has to prove. And it is why my websites are built to bring in work, not just to look good.

I hold Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, the Executive Development Programme from WITS Business School, and Total Quality Management from UNISA. The full list is below.

Anyone after a template site in an afternoon, or a tender pack thrown together the night before closing. Good work needs a proper brief and enough time to do it right.

The contact form does not store anything on this website. It prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself. WhatsApp, operated by Meta, handles that message under its own terms and privacy policy and may process it outside South Africa. If you phone or email instead, your details reach me through your phone network or email provider.

Why I use it

To reply to you, to scope and quote work, and to keep a record of our dealings. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads. My hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

Keeping and sharing

I keep enquiry details only as long as I need them for the purposes above or as the law requires. I do not share them with anyone else unless you agree or the law requires it.
